Construction
During the construction phase, we provide comprehensive management leadership to ensure completion of the physical work on time, on budget, and according to the all the requirements of the contract. Organizational and management activities that occur during the construction phase can include some or all of the following:
- Provide on-site project management
- Manage jobsite mobilization
- Ensure adherence to schedule and budget
- Ensure on-site quality assurance
- Monitor ICRA Compliance
- Administer construction contracts
- Coordinate OSHPD permits, technical inspections and testing
- Chair regular construction meetings
- Monitor implementation of Interim Life Safety Measures
- Monitor contractor safety
- Provide RFI, submittal and change order management
- Review all bills and lien releases
- Certify contractor progress payments
- Maintain communication flow between project team members
- Resolve problems and maintain communication
- Maintain up-to-date reporting to owner
