Programming and Design
During programming, we document project goals and clarify specifics about the project. The result provides the selected architect with sufficient information so that design work can begin. During this stage, the architect translates the objectives outlined in the program into a form that meets the owner’s goals and follows applicable code requirements. At the conclusion of this stage, there is a complete set of construction documents: drawings, specifications, and other documents required to price and build a project.
